    Underage dating law Louisiana
    I am 14 and my boyfriend is 17 I am turning 15 in October is it legal for me to date him in the state of Louisiana..
    I do not plan on having sex with him.

    This is a legal question that has been answered MANY times here. There are NO laws that govern dating. As long as your parents are OK with it, there are no legal barriers.

    You are, however, below the age of consent. Therefor any sexual activity could land him in big trouble.

    As long as your parents agree to allow you to date him, there is no law against it. Of course "plans" of sex seem to change in the heat of the moment, and that is where the problems happen,
