    girlfriend moved to Poland
My son's x girlfriend has moved to Poland with their son. She says she needs the father to relinquish his parental rights in order to facilitate public aid and other important documents. How can we do this? He is willing. He has never seen the child and due to cercumstances with X wants nothing to do with them.
