Have you taken them to the litter box and pretended to be Edith, showing them how to scratch the litter while holding their little paws? (I'm sure you must have... )

No, I haven't done that yet. They know HOW to use the litter box. It's just a matter of convincing them that's the ONLY place they should go.

That, and convincing edith that the little litter box is for her babies, not her.

I'm partial to Spot. Reminds me of my old cat Whiskers, except that Whiskers was grey and white.

Spot's pretty, and he knows it. He can be very dignified, when he's not being a goofball.

I'm glad I ended up with another Maine coon. Even more so, because he looks nothing like the one I had to leave behind. Marble is the more traditional tabby pattern. I fell in love with Maine coons because of him. It would hurt too much if spot looked like him, but it helps some that he's a Maine coon. It's amazing how much you can miss a pet.

Aura figured out that she can hang out on the top of the cubes yesterday, and has spent a good deal of time there ever since. When they others try to copy her, they end up either rolling the cubes over or collapsing them. She's just a dainty little princess, and she knows it.

I'm afraid to ask and sure I'll regret it, but, what kind of sauce do you serve with kittens?

I left behind 8, the 9th had died only a couple weeks before. Only 2 of them were 'mine,' though.
