I was told I need to file a motion to set aside judgement in Pleasanton Ca.
How do I fill out a motion to set aside judgement in Pleasanton Ca. for property settlement. The judge advised me that I need to do this. My ex doesn't feel we should split our property after timeless phone and a few emails back and forth. Our divorce was final on 7/09 however the property was to be evaluated at another time. During this time my middle son was going through extreme drug and alcohol abuse which constituded us sending him to a private boarding school in between all of this My ex filed paperwork that I did not read properly do to our agreement and distraction/distress I was under with our son did not reply. Now I need to file a motion to set aside. HELP

I would not attempt this without an Attorney.

What are your grounds for attempting to set the Judgment aside? You admit that you read the Agreement, although not closely. I assume that that agreement was then turned into a property settlement?

You need to quote a section of Law as well as reasons to set the Judgment aside.

Again, this is work for an Attorney.
