    State of Arizona issued clear title on truck in error!
    In 1991 I traded my sports car for a pick-up truck in Phoenix, AZ. With the trade in I still owed $13,000 on the truck. The dealer arranged the loan with a local bank. The State of Arizona issued a clear title to the dealer, and the dealer handed me the clear title.

    I was retired and drove the truck into Mexico, where a computer check was performed and showed that the truck had no liens and was free and clear. I was allowed to pass int Mexico. In Mexico I sold the truck after three years. And moved to another country.

    Just last November a new passport was issued to me direct from the State Department. I have used the passport to travel to Mexico and Toronto, Canada. Now I am going to travel to Miami, FL.

    When my passport is scanned in Miami, FL. will this incident show up in their computers.

    (No attorneys have any idea if the State Of Arizona is liable, or I am). All say that the statue of limitations has run out, an I have nothing to worry about.

    Any of your experts knows what is shown when your passport is scanned entering America.

    You knew it had a lien, and owed the money,
    1. at least there would be a judgement against you and you will owe the money plus interest plus penalties

    2. since you sold it, knowing it had money owed on it, most likely they would go after fraud and you could have criminal charges waiting for you.

    What you did was criminal, immoral and wrong
