I want format, on how to write a printing company profile which am sending out to my clients

Will the format be in the form of a letter, a flyer or maybe both? What would you want to put in the profile? For instance - Pricing, examples of work already done, special offers, etc.

Also, will it be for existing clients and/or new ones who you haven't met yet?
