Do you have a regular doctor or gynecologist that you see? They will be able to do some testing to see what course of action is best for you as there can be various reasons for irregular cycles.

Some women will be prescribed birth control pills for awhile... sounds odd since you are trying to become pregnant, but they can sometimes help with regulating cycles. Some doctors may suggest some herbal supplements that may be helpful... which ones to use would depend on the reasons for the irregular cycles.

It could be too that you just naturally have irregular cycles for no apparent reason. This can make things a little more challenging in determining when you are most likely to be ovulating, but it can still happen.

Do set an appointment with your doctor to discuss what options would be best for you.

Thanks Dr,I actually went for blood test and pap test and the result of the blood was that I was OK and I was giving cixprotab for the pap test, Dr,does it mean I can ovulate without period? And can pregnancy come considering ovulation? Because at month I feel the signs that my period is coming and at the end no blood.

I'm not a doctor... you will find the people here volunteer their time to help answer questions, offer suggestions, and opinions.
I am not familiar with cixprotab... could it have been cipro tabs? Were you told you had some sort of bacterial infection?

You can sometimes ovulate without a period, but it is not what normally happens. A period comes from the body preparing in case a pregnancy does occur... when it doesn't occur, the lining of the uterus is shed and your body starts preparing for the next month and a possible pregnancy. Pregnancy can only happen if you ovulate.

Your doctor may not find anything is wrong, as it may be that your cycles just come only a few times a year. This happens for some women. You will likely ovulate prior to those periods.

Do you know what your doctor checked with your blood test? Some can tell you if you are indeed ovulating. What did your doctor say about having irregular cycles? Did your doctor discuss any ways that might help you have more regular periods?

Depending on where you live, you could also look into seeing a doctor who specializes in reproduction... a reproductive endocrinologist. They would have more information on helping you to become pregnant than your regular doctor.
