    Plumbing double bathroom sink
I am installing a 60 inch vanity in my bathroom and it has drawers in the middle. I move the drain pipe to one side of the drawers and will only have one trap and then tee above it to the second sink. Is having one trap for two sinks to code?

Yes, but how you going to do that? Second sink must tie into tail pipe of first sink, ahead of the trap. Just like a kitchen double sink. That means the trap arm of the second sink must go through the drawers. Best to go into the wall, tie into the drain and trap each sink.

What you're looking for is a continuous waste, (see images) I have put up both a center and a end outlet waste. This connects the two bowls together so they can be serviced by one trap. Good luck, Tom
