I have no hot water pressure in TWH on city water what is the problem
At first the hot water pressure went down now there is no hot water in the entire house. I hve a 75 gal gas hot water heater. Also, I am waiting for the water company to determine if the leak between the main and my meter is their responsibility of mine. The water meter is about 2 foot from the end of my yard. I have a utility easement on that side of my property. My meter is not spinning and a leak definitely exist between the meter to the main. Could this cause my loss of hot water pressure?

The leak is the Water Company responsibly to repair.

If the leak were bad enough the entire house would be affected along with the hot water. Get the Water Company out there ASAP to repair their leak. Good luck, Tom
