I can actually give quite a few names, but I need to know why you need this information. Most are by prescription and you will need to visit your doctor for a complete physical, diagnosis and treatment.

Agree Dr Bill, I used that when I had issues sleeping days when I used to work nights. But the stuff the doctor has me on now for pains, I fall asleep between answers if I am not careful

How did the melatonin work for you? I've never had an adverse report.

I was one of the few night workers that seemed not to complain about it and almost enjoyed it. I was able to sleep a full sleep cycle for me ( OK I also put tin foil in the windows to keep it dark) but I had no trouble sleeping and felt rested when I woke up

I love melatonin. I take it on a daily basis. As I work nights it's hard to fall asleep in the daylight hours. It helps to relax and give a very restful sleep if the sleep is only for a few short hours.
