    Hello ashley:

Your probation won't end as long as you've absconded. You need to turn yourself in and start over. The warrant for your arrest will last forever.

    Hello again, ashley:

I didn't stutter. Read what I said. When you stopped reporting, your probation STOPPED being counted. It won't end until YOU finish it. A warrant for your arrest was issued and it will last FOREVER.

    Hello again, ashley:

There is no set time. Your po doesn't have to put you in jail while you wait for your violation hearing. But, he probably will. I'll bet you'll be in the slam for a couple weeks, and if you have a job and a place to live, and a GOOD story, you could be reinstated.

Or, if you have none of those, and you've violated a lot, you could be made to serve your entire sentence. A lawyer could help ease the way.

You may be required to do all the time your original sentence called for. Your probation does not just automatically end on June 30. The Judge at your probation violation hearing will be the deciding factor in your fate. You will probably have to sit in jail until your probation violation hearing comes up as you've already proved you can't follow the rules.
