Hello, I have bleached hair. I was thinking about going back to a med brown. I know I need to add red back in to my hair then a warm brown. I understand my color will still be some what red. I really would like to just add low lights. Can this be done with a cap just as you would add highlights? Please help. Thank you.

Should be no different than putting it on all over. May e better for your hair to do it with a cap changing it gradually and not causing quite as much damage.

Yes you can use a cap. When I wanted to darken up my hair I went to my beautician and she added in a couple different brown shades using foils. Worked great!
