    Should audit fees be posted to a closing balance sheet as old co or new co in an acqu
    Just acquired a company and have to prepare a closing balance sheet. The auditor conducting the audit who will also prepare the closing balance sheet is charging a fee. Should the fees be charged to old company (seller) or new company (buyer)?
