I only have warm water in the shower
I have changed the cartiridge, and flushed out the water heater, the valve and the shower head and I still only have warm water. Is there anything I can do? Without calling a plumber?

Open the drain valve and see what the actual water temp is. Maybe it is heating just fine but a low volume reaching the tap or it coulod be a bad water heater. Gas or electric?
