Question regarding taxable interest on form 1040NR
I received 1099INT for the interest that I earned from my brokerage account.

I am filing 1040 NR and for line 9a wanted to know if interest from a brokerage account is taxable for non residents. In case it is not taxable do I have to show the interest as a tax exempt interest on line 9b or on any other form.
