Are there any issues with using a pump for water pressure in your house
I am having my bathrooms refitted, and am having 2 power showers and a whirlpool bath installed. The plumber has fitted a pump in our loft to use with the 2 power showers. My question is this - the water pressure to our bath is terrible - it takes over 30 minutes to fill half way up. The plumber is reluctant to fit the pump to the bath as well to improve the pressure. Firstly are there any issues in doing this (he mentioned that then the whole house would be "pumped" - I don't know if this is good or bad), and secondly if the bath can't run off the pump what can we do to improve the bath filling time?
