    DCF child abandoment charges
    DCF should never placed this child for adoption. We adopted her about a year, she attached my wife 3x and was arrested. She needs to be placed in mental health 24/7.
    DCF is dragging their feet and is threatening us with child abandoment. Do I have a case against DCF and do I need a lawyer?

    There is no return policy when we adopt kids.

    What is the legal basis for your belief that the child should not be put up for adopton
