    Travel abroad in probation
    I am in probation for three years. I started 2 month ago and cleared so far. But I need to go my home country because my father is in dangerous sick. Can I go? I am a green card holder.

    You must get prior written permission from your Probation Officer prior to leaving the state or the country. You may not get permission to leave the country regardless of what the reason is. It does not matter if you hold a green card or not. You are on probation and cannot leave the state without prior permission.
