I have a friend's sweet 16 coming up and I HAVE TO look really hot! ( not slutty/trashy- classy but trendy)
I already bought shoes but I don't know what to wear with them. The link is below to the shoes;

How formal is it? You could do those shoes with a lot of different looks. And there's a lot of colors you can do black shoes with

Actually, I like the pictured dress. A coral-colored shrug or fancy cardigan would be a nice cover-up.
