    . Check the brake fluid level. It's best to change the fluid every two years with an ABS-approved product. This prevents rust from developing in the ABS system, improves caliper life and operation, and eliminates air, moisture, and crud from the system.

    . Remove and clean each wheel's ABS speed sensor (Torx E8) with a spritzled rag.

    . Check for ABS codes.
