    Windows7 is SLUGGISH
    DSL is okay, ran virus tests (no virus), no malicious stuff.

    What is causing this?


    PLEASE HELP ME!

    If your virus checker is running and checking files in the back ground it can caus it to run sluggish.

    Its more than that. It took 2 minutes for this page to open. Virus AVG is not running. Every page or icon I try to open takes about 2 minutes each to open. Is there a free program I can run to find and fix what's missing in my PC.
