    How to access bios password on cpx dell laptop?
    Hi. A friend's company moved and they gave employees the old laptops. She didn't need it and gave it to me. However,she did not know it was password protected,and she doesn't have a clue what it may be. The service tag is:f7er0**-595B if this helps.

    Contact dell and ask them for the master password to reset it. That's about the only way unless you can contact the IT department from where she used to work.
