    My visitation rights
Me and my baby mama were never together but we have a baby girl together and I am currently seeing another girl. Since I am seeing another girl my baby mama is not letting me see my daughter. Can she do this to me even though I signed the birth certificate?

Yes, you can go to Court and get ordered visitation. Be prepared to pay support. She may request no visititation or supervised visitation but would have to prove you are a danger to the child in order to be successful.

Keep your pants zipped up in the meantime.

Sounds like she's trying to keep you from seeing the baby because she's jealous of your girlfriend.

Definitely see an attorney and get an order of visitation. The baby is as much yours as hers, so get the court to provide a schedule.

I think its already been said, you need to get an order of visitation. You will most likely have to pay child support, but that's necessary to bringing up a child. It does sound as if she's jealous of the new girlfriend. Or perhaps she is mad because she planned this pregnancy. Just guessing.

Now that my brother and she have split up, we are no longer allowed to see my niece. There are no custody papers,...
