Is roxbury community college mismanaging funds?
Hello, I attend Roxbury Community College. I just recently resigned as Treasurer of SGA and forwarded my resignation letter to all stydents at RCC; there are 11 topics and several include the embezzlement of funds which I have evidence of all. What can I do with this information? I heard from a faculty today that another student on Campus has contacted "ask me hank" and the process of an investigation has started. I have the evidence Who do I give it to?

Depending on who you think is doing the embezzlement here, I suggest going to whomever is two layers above that person in the college hierarchy. If you think it's a fellow student, go to the ombudsman or to the college business office. If it involves a faculty member, contact he President of the college. If it involves the president of the school, or one of his/her direct reports, then contact the chairman of the board of trustees.

As a former employee I am telling you now that most staff members are performing illegal activities which is why I resigned after only working at the school for several months. You will want to first contact a lawyer and then contact the board of higher education in Massachusetts. Brenda Mercomes, Stephanie Janey, Alane Shanks, and President Terry Gomes are all involved in illegal activities and cannot be trusted.
