    Can I claim my parents visiting visa as dependents
    I am a US citizen and my mother and grand mother is here with me on visiting visa. They are going to stay here for 175 days. Is it possible for me to add them as dependents for tax purpose

    Negative; to qualify as dependent, they must meet the 183-day Substantial Presence Test.
