    Wet garage foor
My flor is wet all year in different degrees. It was laid on grade .Would like to paint flor which I did do 3 yrs ago but the latex cement paint is bubbling off bad .Would a WizzVent dry the flor out like they say in their ad ? The flor was troweled very smooth also but is in very good shape and about 20 years old. I can't afford to do another pour over old flor . Is there another way to build up the floor that would be acceptable for resale in the future ?

It would appear that either you garage is built on a very high water table or there are underground springs underneath. Excavate around garage perimeter down to footer. Lay nylon fabric in bottom and sides of trench. Lay 6' perforated, corrugate pipe, cover with 1' of gravel. Fold nylon fabric over gravel and cover. Ether drain to daylight or install sump pit and pump.
