    Can your spouse kick you out of the house
    During an argument, my husband demanded we leave his house. My children( from a previous marriage) and I packed up all of our belongings. We have been married 5 years my name is not on the mortgage. We have been gone from the home for 11 days can we legally come back? No paperwork has been filed.

    No, you and your children are still tenants and he'd have to evict you even if he owns the house. What are you going back for? Just to get the rest of your things or moving back in?
