    Green care divoced
    I become lawful permanent resident in 2009 by marriage to US citizen and now I have a 2 year condition on my green card.
    Now my husband wants to divoce, only because he is not happy with this marriage, and I try to save it, but I can not make it. I want to know if I marry to another US citizen after divoced,and before my green card expired, can I be able to apply for another green card under the new husband and stay in the US?

    You only need to have evidence of the bona fides of your marriage for you to remove the conditions on your own. After you get divorced, file the I-751 requesting a waiver of the joint filing requirement based on a good faith marriage ended in divorce.

    You do not need another petition of your marriage was bona fide. You will need to wait a total of 4 years, 9 month from the time of your CR approval (check your I-551) for you to apply for natz.
