    Hi,
    I'm in US for L1 B blanket and may be here only for 3-4 months max.. I wann apply for H1 B visa.. Please get me list of good consultant / filing persons for H 1B

    If I resign from my current employer (l1B) then what could be consequence.. More money did I need 2 pay 2 current emp..

    Check with your state bar association or AILA for a recommendation for an experienced attorney in your area. This site does not allow for direct referrals, it's a violation of the TOS.

    For resignation, there is no immigration consequence other than you end your lawful status in the US. You should overlap the new H-1B petition with your current employment. Please note, there is no portability from L to H, so you will need the I-797 approval notice to begin employment.
