    What is the name of a TV show from the early 90's with two teenage girls
    There were two teenage girls, one was from another world. There was this evil guy who was trying to get her and her powers. She had some sort of white thing that went on her forehead and it had some sort of powers. The other girl that was from earth, was her friend and was trying to help her. She had some sort of bracelet given to her by the other girl. It had some sort of powers too. In one episode the girl from earth got hurt, and the other girl took her back to her world. There they healed her. The man who was evil was also there, but they had done something to change him. They made him like everyone else, and that he wouldn't hurt anyone anymore. In another episode the evil guy had the girl from the other world, and the girl from earth was trying to get into his house to get her. I remember something to do with a remote control car, and the bracelet, and that they set the car inside a set of gates and used it to take the bracelet into the house. It was a show from the late 80's maybe, but for sure the early 90's.
