    Quit claim name change
I am preparing a quit claim deed after a divorce. My ex and I owned the house as tenants in entirety. How do I list the grantors on the quit claim paperwork if we are no longer married and I have since resumed using my maiden name? In other words, the names won't match what the county has on record.
The online form I am using has a question that asks if the grantors are married. We no longer are but were when we purchased the home.

When faced with this same situation I used "A/K/A" - also known as -

My present legal name A/K/A my former married name.

No one even asked for proof but if they had I would have shown my divorce decree.
