    Yes, depending on a number of circumstance if the boy was under the age of consent when you started having sex with him, you could be charged with statutory rape.

    Yes, if the age of consent in your area is 18, and the boy was 17 and had sex with him, yes the girl could be charged with rape ( pregnant or not)
