    Wilsire Holding Co--Are they a fraud
    Wilshire Holding Co apparently will short sale your home for a fee and according to them will assume all liability.

    hegan, hard to say if they are a fraud. If you check their name in Google you will find umpteen websites of their holding companies, but without checking with Better Business Bureau, or someone better, it is hard to say. Do you know of anyone who has gotten burned using them ?

    Dun and Bradstreet charge for a search.
