    It all depends on genetics, any kind of medications you take.

    Do not drink caffeine products.

    Eat healthy, exercise and drinking good amount of liquids.

    Caffeine and certain medications are proven to stunt growth. That is right stunt growth.

    Eating healthy can effect how a person grows. That is a fact.

    To say that there is nothing you can do, is a false and not a good answer. Clearly it is not true in all cases.
