I will be tiling the kitchen floor over electric radiant heat, There is a black adhesive under the vinyl tiles that I am taking up. Can I use a floor leveler over the radiant heat mats and pour it directly over the black adhesive and then tile?

Back in the 50' commercial tiles 1 eight of an inch thick where installed with a black adhesive type of glue.. it was very efficient and very easy to use. Also very fast drying. Can you help me find it ?
