    I wold like to now what it costs for a first time pasport police check and medical and then the visa and how I can pay for this and what length of time a visa

    Are you paying for someone to come from Ghana ? Has someone asked you to send money to have this done? If this is the case, then you are being scammed.

    About 300 dollars total for passport and visa.

    Of course you realise that you will never see the person or the money again, This is the biggest scam on the internet.
