    Can a tenant evicted a family member with kids?
    What peroid of time does my father have to evicted me and my kids out of the house? Meaning how long do I have and what opions do I have?

    Depends on where you live and whether you have a lease, whether you pay rent, etc.

    For future reference, when you use a site like this, its best to browse around a bit for similar questions. The Real Estate Law forum is full of similar questions. At the very least, you would have seen the type of info we would need to help you.

    I agree but paying rent means little. You have established residency and now have residential rights. Google the word "eviction" with your states name after it. The process will come up.
