    Can a 3 year old credit card debt, put a lien on my home for $900.00?
    I haven't even received a statement from Washington Mutual in 3 years, now there is a collection agency threatening to put a lien on my home in Oklahoma for a $900.00 debt?

    They have to sue and get a judgement before they could.

    Most collection agencies lie to try and scare you. If you are talking to them on the phone, stop, make them send it all in writing
