    How and what to use to glue crown back?

    You need to see a dentist to have them use proper cement for a tooth. There has to be a reason the crown came off. You could have decay that needs to be addressed before recementing the crown.

    It's a ceramic crown on a titanium post. I am two weeks away from my dentist and "none" of the over the counter (DenTemp OS, etc.) will hold on the metal post.
