Should I claim a % of my mortage+taxes+utilies? If so where should I report it?

Yes, you can deduct proportional mortgage, taxes and utilities for business use of your home. There is another requirement if you claim home office expenses. You must also claim depreciation for that portion.

For home office you must have room or portion exclusively for the business use.

If you are a sole proprietor, claim on schedule C or C-EZ (Form 1040).

Two member LLC is a partnership unless you elected to treat it as a corporation. Partnership will issue you K-1 (Form 1065) showing your share of income. Report the income on your tax return on schedule E (Form 1040).
Hope you have already file LLC partnership tax return Form 1065.

You will report partnership share on schedule E (Form 1040) part II. This income is subject to SE tax after you reduce the amount by any allowable expenses attributable to that income. You should read instructions to line 27 of schedule E.
