    REport abandonment of spouse in California
    What to do if spouse owns business have no other debts but his room and food gas for his vehicle, he does not give me any money, he left me to live in a homeless shelter while he was in a house.

    You get legal aid to help with an attorney and sue for divorce, And you get a job and start earning money for the short term. Depending on many factors what if anything you get from the divorce

    Please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky in the Divorce forum (where this was moved from) that directs questions of a legal nature to this forum.

    As Chuck said, you file suit for divorce and spousal support.
