Have no idea what a EE081 is.

    Googling the phrase:

    ee081 - Google Search

Lists two question in AMHD, a Mercedes, a window, earrings, etc.

So more detail would be helpful.

Ee081 is an appliance control unit also known as e187537. It was manufactured by Lusa to
Provide a touch control of under counter (kitchen) lights. A wire from the unit connects to a cabinet
Hinge and when the hinge is touched the lights go off or on. But now they are always on.

It appears that Lusa is out of business. The 800 number answers with "no longer in service"...

This unit has a replaceable fuse which you can get at your local Ace Hardware for about $2.00. Easy replacement

I have tried changing the fuse. No luck. I hear they usually go bad after a few years. Home Depot sells replacements for the entire unit. About $20.
