Can you get out of a lease due to medical problems?
I have medical problems and tend to faint sometimes. Me and my boyfriend live in 2 separate places but he stays at my apartment most nights due to my apartment being bigger for my 3 children. I have received a notice stating that he cannot stay over there because he is not on my lease. I would like to break my lease where we can move in together where he can help take care of me. Is this possible?

I see no grounds to break your lease.

I would attempt to negotiate an early release with your landlord.

I would be very cautious about bringing attention to having 3 children and being prone to fainting spells to any authorities. It is possible that a question could be raised concerning the safety of your children.

I would explain that you would like to move in with your boyfriend (no other explanation) and ask to be let out of your lease.
