What's the difference between Judgement dissolution status only & dissolution? CA

I am currently trying to refinance my mortgage to take my ex husband off the loan and the U/W from the bank came back to me saying that I am not leagally divorced. When we filed the Notice of Entry of Judgement we followed what the court paperwork said to do. We also had an MSA. Am I missing something here? Am I not legally divorced, is there still something else that needs to be filed? Please help!

I would contact either the Attorney who handled the divorce for you OR the Court to get this straightened out. If you are NOT divorced and the time frame has passed you could have to start all over again.

Again - you need to speak to an Officer of the Court.

The judge told my fiancée that he needs a joinder of an employee retirement/pension plan to finalize his DISSOLUTION STATUS only. He had a 401(k) of about $2000 However in the FL-328-INFO it says that a joinder is not necessary. We are very confused. Your help is very appreciated.
