    Basement Wiring Question
    Hi, My house has conduit on the cellar wall with receptical at the bottom and the wire going down threw the top. My question is, is this within code? Thanks Dave

    As long as there is a connector at the top of the conduit clamping onto the cable, then it is fine.

    If the cable just enters the conduit without some sort of fitting attaching the cable to conduit, then is is installed wrong.
