    1. Is it circulated or uncirculated?
    2. Does Priest's signature appear a bit "over" the 1?

    If it is circulated, AND the answer to #2 is "yes", then the answer is:

    "They go for between $100 and $300 at auctions depending on the condition.

    REPLACEMENT NOTE ]brought about durning printing a note is damaged in some way ,it is removed and recorded in a record book ,then is put in the furnace and burned and then another note is printed just like the one they burned,except at the start of the SERIAL NUMBER there is a { STAR} ( * )
    now for the rest of the story;;;I got my book on PAPER MONEY ERRORS and looked yours up ,but the only ones I could find were a{ 1935D SERIES, $1.00 silver certificate,VALUES on it is (FINE-$2,ooo.oo);;; AND (CU_IS $5,000.00) {NOTE} CU._means- CHOICE UNCIRCULATED;; UNC -63 means UNCIRCULATED ,GRADE 63;; VF-20 means - VERY FINE <grade 20;;; THE other ,was a 1936E series;; FINE- $750.00;; CU IS - $ 2,000.00];;;
    NOTE these notes are called #1-inverted overprints;; #2 misaligned overprints;;#3-Also they are { PAPER MONEY ERRORS};;; OK ,I hope that I have answered your questions,IF you have any more just come back to this site and post it ;; HAVE a great day and GOD BLESS ::F.B.E.
