    If my husband is a U.S citizen and a felony record, can he still sponsor me?
    If my husband is a US citizen and has a felony record, can he sponsor me for my US citizenship or file for me?

    Yes, as long as he meets the other requirements. There may be other issues, depending on the charge and if you have minor children. I recommend you consult with an immigration attorney. Good luck.
