We've been married almost 2years now, at d beginning I told my husband that I love who he is not his money, not even sure he has any. So I told don't put my name on d deed until we plan to have baby then he can put my name on d deed. I'm upset because he hasn't done that. So I was on him about put my name on deed since we had agreement, so instead he said we r going to do living trust n my name will b on d deed. But Im confused. I think living trust can erase my name out of d deed if he wants to change. My questions r. Is it true if he does living trust my name will b on d deed or he has to do another paper to put my name on d mortgage? He said he doesn't to do d deed n living trust that he has to pay twice
