Remove sink and affect on roof vent

 Good day! I have an island on the 1st floor with a sink. I am getting rid of the sink. The drain vent runs up a decorative pillar (not weight bearing that I am getting rid of) in the middle of the room and to the roof on the 2nd floor. I am not able to see the drain connections at the bottom...

 Recently, we have been remodeling our bathroom, it had a big garden tub, and a stand up shower in the corner. We removed the garden tub and stand up shower. Okay. We put in a tub with tub surround and commode. We cut our water lines that went to our old tub and shower and they are no- longer hooked...
