    Divorce with handwritten corrcetions
I have a divorce settlement that my husband agreed to and then refused to sign, then signed after 30 days but did not get his signature notirized and made hand written corrections on, some of the corrections you can not read or could read to mean anything.
We have property and he also did not sign the quick claim deeds.

    What should I do?

My attorney ask me to sign and get my signature notirized and markthru where he wrote and initial.

I said no, I wanted clean divorce papers without interpertation latter and I wanted quick claim deeds.

    What should I do?

    Hello ga:

I think you're a smart girl. You should tell your lawyer what you want HIM to do, and if he doesn't do it, get a new attorney.
